Feeling intimately connected to someone can be an incredible source of joy, but also one of the greatest sources of pain. If you are struggling with low desire, compulsive sexual behaviour, sexual anxiety, or relational challenges, I can help.
As a clinical psychologist and sex therapist with nearly 20 years of experience, I've helped many individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and identities develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others and themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed approaches.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from McGill University. I completed two postdoctoral fellowships at renowned institutions: first at the Program in Human Sexuality at the University of Minnesota, and then at the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University in New York. I am licensed in both Ontario and the State of New York.
I am strongly committed to creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and deeply respected. If you're considering working together, I invite you to reach out. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to answer any questions you have about my approach and discuss how working together may be helpful. I'd be delighted to hear from you.
