Welcome to my practice. We all experience difficult events and stresses in our lives. I’m here to help you with finding solutions to these experiences. A bit about me, my name is Phil, and I identify as a CIS Metis man born and raised on Treaty One Territory. I have a Bachelor of Social Work and I’m a Registered Social Worker with the Manitoba College of Social Workers. I’m also enrolled at the University of Winnipeg in their Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy program (Graduate June of 2025).
I am a systems based therapist and utilize a number of approaches. I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals (both group and otherwise). I also have extensive experience with addictions treatment. In my approach you are the expert in your life and my job is to help you reach your goals.
I'm here to help you with your goals. You are the expert in your life and that's important to me. It's my hope that you walk away from our experience together feeling better.
