Now accepting new clients. We all struggle at one time or another, facing challenges that make us wonder where to turn. Seeking therapy can be an extremely rewarding experience as you learn to navigate these challenges and uncover your strengths while taking strides towards your ideal self. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, with a specialization in life transitions and perinatal mental health. My approach is empathic, and non-judgemental with a strong client focus. I utilize techniques from positive psychology, narrative therapy, CBT, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I specialize in maternal mental health, and understand the many struggles that accompany bringing a baby home. This immense transition requires nurturing and support to ensure balance in the household. I offer an inviting space for clients to share their feelings and concerns.
I welcome working with you to find your right path forward where you will feel more confident, more grounded and more calm.
