Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. You may be carrying grief, navigating a life transition, or feeling strain in your relationships or family. You might be used to holding a lot on your own and are now looking for a space where you can speak openly and feel supported. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

I support individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your experience. For couples, I support communication, connection, and navigating challenges together.

I bring nearly 20 years of social work experience and several years of providing grief counselling in private practice. My work is culturally responsive, with a focus on diverse clients, life transitions, and women’s health. I am currently completing a supervised clinical internship at Upstream Counselling, offering reduced-fee services.
