When stress, anxiety, anger, or relationship problems start taking over, it can feel frustrating and hard to know what to do next. With over 28 years of experience as a Registered Social Worker registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, I help men navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My approach is practical and supportive, helping you develop tools to manage stress, improve relationships, and regain clarity and direction.

Many of the men I work with aren’t sure what to expect from counselling at first, so we focus on practical conversations and strategies that help you move forward. Immediate availability for counselling/psychotherapy sessions (virtual or in-person). I’m accepting new clients this week and can offer quick intake appointments.
