Life can brings unexpected changes or just seems joyless and full of stress. Relationships are strained. There may be Infidelity, failure, and disappointments. For those who value spirituality and faith there is a loss of hope. Alcohol and/or drug issues take control. If any of this resonates with you it may be a good time to consider counselling. I also have a deep passion to journey with people who struggle with chronic anxiety, are experiencing domestic violence, faith issues or a battling a porn addiction. I have experience working with first responders and those who have exposed to traumatic events in their lives
I have worked many years with people from all walks of live and especially those living in challenging family environments and where addictions are present. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, infidelity, men's issues and are in blended families. I want to bring hope and personal growth to situations that seem hopeless.
I am available for online, phone and in-person sessions. I view my role as a counsellor as a privilege and believe that my life experiences may benefit you in your present situation.
