I see clients suffering from anxiety, depression, people who have experienced abuse, those feeling stuck in life/relationships and unable to feel happy. My style is an eclectic blend of Person-Centred and Holistic approaches which sees each person as a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being treating clients according to their unique needs.
Clients are seen in a warm, relaxing environment or virtually if more convenient. I offer a 15 minute free no obligation consultation I'm also trained in Suicide Intervention, Non-Violent communication and offer energy healing as a Reiki practitioner . This group helps women who feel stuck and unhappy with being single. Whether you have been in relationships or never had one this group will help by supporting your goals. By looking at unhealthy beliefs, behaviours and trauma associated with relationships the aim is to build confidence and a greater sense of ones identity. Group will be closed for a greater sense of safety so please contact to apply for the next cohort. Group will be held virtually.
