As a certified clinical trauma specialist, I am able to use a trauma-informed lens that highlights one’s strengths and resilience and allows for them to explore their experiences in a safe environment. Additionally, I use an informed approach when working with adults in areas regarding sex, sexual identity, sexual education, and general sexual therapy. I aim to create a safe space, one of compassion, empathy, and care, using a person-centered, integrative approach.
I am comfortable working with a variety of different cultures, age groups, religions, and am certified to work with the LGBTQ2S+ community. My Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care has also provided me with the tools to specialize in working with children, ages five to fifteen. I have experience working with children from across Canada and abroad.
I believe that every individual, adult or child, should have the opportunity to explore themselves and the world around them. My goal is to create a space where one feels encouraged, supported, validated, and understood, at any age,
