We help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy and evidence-based care. We are a team of Psychotherapists dedicated to providing neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed care. Our experienced team of therapists each hold unique specialties in various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, First Responder Mental Health, Teacher Mental Health, ADHD, ASD, OCD, Childhood trauma, substance abuse, addiction, grief, parenting, life transitions, and blended families.

We serve children, teens, young adults, adults, couples and families. We offer in-person services in our Georgetown Office and Virtual services across Ontario. Our team members have training in a variety of different therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, Brainspotting, Narrative therapy, and Somatic approaches.

Our mission is to improve the mental health of all of our clients. We do this by getting to know you individually, understanding your struggles, collaborating with you on a plan, supporting you through the therapeutic journey.
