About
My clients are people experiencing the challenges of life, and they want support working and walking through these challenges. Clients may be experiencing mental health distress in aspects of their lives, such as relationships, work/life balance, personal worth and self-esteem, depression and anxiety, and more. My clients want a space to feel validated, seen and heard, and express their emotions. They want to learn skills for dealing with challenges and a place to heal and learn about themselves. Peach Door Counselling is a place to come to love who you are and understand your value in this world. Visit www.peachdoorcounselling.com
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I offer a professional, safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for people to share their struggles, worries, and adversities. We work together to help you learn strategies and coping skills, identify your thought and behaviour patterns, set goals and make lasting changes towards a fulfilling and balanced life.
Life is hard! I see you. Dark and tough times make light and happiness so much more valuable. At Peach Door Counselling, I support you to design the life you want for yourself; you are the expert! I believe in the power of connection as a vehicle for expression and moving through challenges. I believe in healing and I'm here to help! Let's figure it out!
