About

PEACE Psychotherapy is a group of independent therapists committed to promoting empathy, acceptance and compassion for all. We understand that many people struggle with powerful negative emotions, impulses and behaviours, and we are prepared to fight the good fight, even when it gets messy. We will ask the difficult questions and support you in the process. We believe that no matter how hopeless one feels, everyone has the capacity for change and the desire for a life worth living. We have devoted our careers to helping people learn to accept what they cannot change, change what they can, and gain the wisdom to know the difference.
Effective therapists bring change when they are willing to address the elephant in the room and are confident to journey with you through your darkest thoughts, feelings and experiences. Creating change in your life requires on-going commitment to learning new skills and applying them. We offer a flexible services tailored to your specific needs.
We work with clients on issues, including: Anxiety; Depression; Suicidality; Self-harm; Emotional regulation; Interpersonal relationships; LGBTQ questions and concerns; Emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse; Grief and loss; Trauma. At PEACE, we will match your bravery to engage in therapy with a commitment to sticking by you through your healing process.
