I take a holistic approach to counselling, which means that I focus on the entirety of a person, each part that might make up the whole of yourself, to enhance your personal growth and journey towards self-discovery. Working from a holistic perspective allows us to take into account your entire life experience when collaborating on goals and treatment. This means all of your experiences, perspectives, and interactions might be taken into account during the therapy process and throughout your healing journey, allowing us to explore and promote healing in inner child trauma.
Within my approach, I weave together Transactional Analysis, Parts Work, ACT, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and archetypal insight. During session we might explore body-based processing, ritual elements, mindfulness, lifelong experiences, or intuitive dialogue depending on where you are at within your own healing journey.
