About
My ideal client is a child or youth with significant anxiety issues. They need a better understanding of what is going on in their heads and in their bodies. They want to feel less distress, and to be able to do the things that their anxiety is preventing them from doing.
I can help by teaching children, youth, and adults about their mind and body reactions, explore ways to manage those reactions to make them smaller, or less distressing, and give them plans to take action to overcome their difficulties.
I have decades of experience in connecting with children and youth, and making treatment fun and worthwhile. I'm friendly, welcoming, and non-judgemental.
