Hello hello! I’m Pavan (pronounced PAW-vin) and my focus is to help things feel less heavy by introducing new ways to look at familiar stuck points and offering suggestions on ways to make positive change.
I work frequently with concerns such as trauma, complex family dynamics, life transitions, ADHD and navigating identity struggles. I am passionate about supporting people of colour and working with children, teens and adults. Working together, we can help make sense of things and give us a clearer direction to feel more grounded and rooted to yourself.
You can expect me to welcome you with genuine compassion and curiosity. I aim to provide a comfortable space where we can begin to make sense of the impacts of the problem, when & how they show up and learn how to navigate emotional ups and downs. I often use metaphors and find that incorporating a dash of humour for some levity can be helpful.
