I am a social worker and a registered psychotherapist who has supported individuals and families in crisis, dealing with end of life issues, grief and bereavement, including from traumatic loss, as well as with those who struggle from the impact of mental health issues, terminal illness and loss of autonomy. From a holistic perspective and using a humanistic approach, I aim to engage your strengths and motivation to enable change and uncover resilience.
I have certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC), a model of intensive support for those who have lost a loved one under tragic circumstances. I also continue to train in "Grief therapy as Meaning Reconstruction" from the Portland Institute of Loss and Transition.
