I am a Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families facing crisis, end-of-life issues, grief, and bereavement — including traumatic loss. I also work with people navigating a range of mental health challenges.
My approach is holistic and grounded in humanistic values. I focus on engaging your strengths, fostering motivation for change, and helping you uncover your inner resilience.
I hold certification in Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC), a model of intensive support for those grieving traumatic loss, as well as in Grief Therapy as Meaning Reconstruction through the Portland Institute for Loss and Transition. Most recently, I became certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based intervention for trauma.
