I believe that the trust and safety we build between us in the therapy room, is a big part of the therapy itself!

I don’t have an agenda and I don’t offer “advice”. I believe you have the capacity to forge your own path, and allowing the therapeutic process to unfold naturally yields the most authentic results. I work well with people who are curious about understanding themselves and others, prefer a collaborative approach, and are “outside the box” thinkers & feelers.

My role is to facilitate and support you on your journey of increased self-understanding and growth, fostering a greater sense of independence and self-sufficiency on your part, and providing you with the sense of accomplishment, ownership, and responsibility that comes with all healing.
