I’m a psychotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experience, working with individuals, couples, and families. My career began in Brazil, where I worked as a licensed Clinical Psychologist and clinical supervisor. Since 2015, I have been practicing in Canada, offering culturally sensitive, ethical, and client-centered care.
My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.
