My focus is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel you can be open about what you're experiencing and work through any challenges you have been enduring. In our time together, it is essential that you feel not only heard and understood, but that you have gained the insight and tools necessary to uncover helpful solutions. Through this process, you will feel more confident in yourself and your capacity to manage whatever stressors come your way.
I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, focused on compassion and collaboration. Together, we will uncover what interventions and tools are necessary for you to feel you can manage effectively along this journey of growth and change. I work from a foundation of mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
