As a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician I offer a variety of supports and techniques to heal and live beyond trauma, including body-based, mindfulness, expressive and experiential approaches.
My practice focuses on the whole person: mind and body, childhood experiences and the present, relationships, strengths and skills. I offer unique experiential approaches to trauma such as tapping, Internal Family Systems, as well as somatic and visualization exercises.
