I provide services to adults, youth and couples needing support to learn about and grow out of their patterns of anxiety, depression, life transitions (including immigration), eating disorders, grief, addiction, sports performance, ADHD, sleep, relational difficulties, trauma and PTSD. Growth does not need to be intimidating and we all need support through life. I inform my practice with a social justice lens for those who identify as LGBTQ2S+ or heteronormative individuals. During our time together we will set sustainable solutions that empower you to navigate life's complexities with grace.
I offer an integrative approach to counselling which is tailored according to the individuals' needs. My practice is body-centred, client-centred, directive and experiential. I believe our bodies give a lot of information about us and collaboratively, I will help you tune in. The modalities I am inspired by are Psychodrama, EMDR, IFS and DBT.
We can be hurt in relationships and we can also heal in relationships. I believe that together you can re-connect to yourself, learn the tools necessary, apply in daily life and live the life you want. Building and maintaining relationships are imperative to heal and grow.
