Our private Intensives are designed for couples and individuals who are ready to dive into growth and healing. She is Gottman Certified and offers support to couples who are motivated to make improvements in their relationship/marriage and the way that they communicate within it. She offers support to couples dealing with trauma, substance use, and the aftermath of affairs.
As a Certified Brainspotting (BSP) Consultant, Paula utilize BSP to reduce unwanted suffering/emotional distress and to promote personal growth. This rapid, highly effective mind/body centered therapy allows traumas to be processed without the need for the telling or the retelling of your trauma story. BSP therapy can bring deep healing to your journey.
