For over two decades, I’ve worked in community building, education, and psychotherapy—creating spaces where people feel supported and understood. My background includes directing programs for those leaving high-control environments and supporting neurodivergent students as an educator. As an experienced therapist, I work with adolescents and adults facing trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, identity exploration, school refusal, performance pressures, and major life transitions. I’m also a certified ADHD specialist. Outside of therapy, I perform stand-up comedy, which brings perspective and warmth to my work.

My approach is collaborative and integrative. We’ll define goals together, track your progress, and adapt strategies to keep your growth meaningful. I combine psychodynamic insight with evidence-based tools like CBT and TF-CBT, ACT, SFBT, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and support long-term resilience.

For trauma, I take a three-pronged approach. I teach the coping tools to manage current symptoms, identify and correct behavioral patterns developed from trauma, and process the traumatic events themselves. For anxiety, I use a combination of humanism and homework-free CBT to return your anxiety to its effective form. For ADHD, I focus on executive function, psychoeducation, and communication.
