I am looking for motivated clients who are willing to take action to resolve whatever needs to change in their life. My typical clients are looking for relief from stress, anxiety, depression, negative emotions, or difficult life situations. Some of them are struggling with compulsive behaviours and feel out of control. Others are in a relationship but things are not as good as they can be and they want more. Some of my clients are just looking to talk to someone who listens well, validates them and gives them another perspective. Sometimes they feel stuck and need tools, support and encouragement to help them move forward.

I combine a wide range of lived experience, insight and wisdom with the best in evidence based interventions. I also specialize in working with Compulsive Sexual Behaviours such as porn use, serial hook ups and affairs, paying for sex, cyber sex, web-cams, and strip clubs. I work with the partners of addicts and couples to help restore trust after betrayal.

In working with compulsive sexual behaviours, I establish how these unwanted behaviours are negatively affecting the clients life. I discuss their "why" for wanting to change and what is motivating them. I provide education and information on what is driving the behaviour and a practical plan to start making progress. Eventually we look into the root causes and rectify those.
