Announcement icon During the COVID-19 crisis, we recommend online video or phone therapy. Both are as secure and effective as in-person therapy.
The Mindfulness Clinic offers a combination of modern psychotherapy alongside training in mindfulness and meditation to help you make positive changes in your life by dealing with your immediate and long term concerns. Our 30+ therapists who practice at over 13 locations across the GTA offer mindfulness psychotherapy to help you feel your best and reach your goals. We offer both in-person and online therapy which is covered by most insurance plans.
You can choose from individual or couples counselling, mindfulness workshops, and several types of group therapy. Almost 80% of our patients fully recover or significantly improve. How do we know? Ratings from over 6,300 patients and 26,000 therapy sessions confirm it.

The goal of the course is to teach participants new ways to deal with thoughts and feelings so that they can feel happier and more in control. Groups are small (8-10 people) and include one-on-one sessions with the facilitator before and after the group. For more information, please visit https://www.themindfulnessclinic.ca/

Mindul Self Compassion Group

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported, 8-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding. No previous Mindfulness experience is required to participate in this course. Practicing Mindful Self-Compassion promotes emotional strength and resilience, which will help you motivate yourself with kindness, forgive others when needed, relate wholeheartedly to others, and be more authentic.
