About
Psychotherapy creates a safe place where issues and difficulties can be put on the table and looked at - with no judgement, with patience and courage. My job is to help you face and accept yourself, to take responsibility for your self in a way that safeguards your integrity. Psychotherapy is private. Psychotherapy should help you look closely at the tough stuff. It is not always easy but it should honour both your humanness and your dignity. There is a Paul Preston out there that advocates spanking (that's not me).
Psychological Assessment, while not therapy, can be therapeutic. Understanding, direction, treatment plan and intervention plan are the goals and outcome.
When you email me - for privacy reasons - please say very little about yourself and the issues about which you are contacting me. We can discuss the issues on the phone.
Call or Email Paul Jl Preston for a free 15 minute consultation now - (866) 875-1276
