About
Welcoming New Clients - Life can be challenging and often it leaves you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless and alone. Reaching out for help can be overwhelming and scary; however, I see it as an act of bravery and strength. I provide a safe, welcoming and judgment-free space for you to explore, gain understanding and tools to help you on the road to being a healthier, happier you. I support adults experiencing grief, loss, stress, chronic worry, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or diagnosed with a life-changing/life-limiting diagnosis.
As every person is unique I use a client-centred, collaborative and eclectic range of approaches. I specialize in complex and traumatic losses (both death and non death losses) and use a wide range of trauma-informed approaches.
Taking the first step in reaching out for help is the hardest step. My goal is to create a brave and compassionate space so that together we can find a better way to cope with life challenges. You don't have to do it all alone.
