My style is practical, direct, and focused on helping men create real change. Many of the men I work with are doing well on the outside but feel like things are slipping behind the scenes. Stress is building, anger shows up more than you want, drinking is creeping up, or your relationship is getting tense. You keep telling yourself you should be able to handle it. We focus on what is happening now and build clear strategies to regain control, improve relationships, and get life moving in the right direction again.

I offer flexible counselling options to fit your needs, including in-person sessions at a comfortable counselling office in North Vancouver, walk-and-talk sessions at a local park, and secure virtual or phone counselling for clients across British Columbia.

Sessions are $140 and can be held in person, online, or by phone. Payment is made securely after each session through Jane or by e-transfer. Receipts are issued right away for insurance reimbursement. I don't direct bill but can discuss coverage individually.
