In therapy, we begin with a thorough exploration of your background and concerns, then collaborate to set concrete therapeutic goals to improve mental health and well-being, manage symptoms, and create a greater sense of meaning in life.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with individuals and couples on a range of issues, and my training includes degrees from Yale University and University of Toronto. I craft treatment plans that incorporate strategies for symptom relief and also leave room for deeper exploration, drawing from Existential, CBT, Gestalt and Attachment-based therapies.
