Offering in person and online counselling to adult residents of British Columbia, Canada. I work with adult individuals who are experiencing, or have experienced anxiety, depression, stress, traumatic events and trauma responses, relationship and communication challenges, attachment wounds and injuries, life transitions, and/or grief, loss, and bereavement. My approach is somatic, trauma-informed, collaborative, and relational. By honouring your lived experience, autonomy, identity, and culture as we work together, I work to support you to strengthen connections with yourself, your emotions and values, and your goals.

I'm a registered clinical counsellor registered with the BCACC. I'm trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy, Somatic Embodiment Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Narrative, CBT, & DBT. In our sessions, we'll discuss what combination might be most helpful to you to bring about more healing and growth.

I'd be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey of healing, and growth. I'll listen without judgement and support you to explore and process, and gain understanding of what might be needed, nurtured, acknowledged, or released.
