You are asking the big existential questions. Why am I here? What is the purpose of my life? Perhaps you keep looking to self-help books and always taking the next seminar or online course - always looking for the answers outside yourself. You want to feel connected to yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you, yet you feel like you don't belong. You feel loss and grief and are searching for purpose but are living with depression and anxiety and questioning your self-worth. You want to feel connected and believe you have the capacity and resources to deal with life challenges.
In our work together, I will give you the tools, and we will look at things from a different perspective. I will help you connect with your inner wisdom and knowing, learn to feel in your body and find the courage to allow others to see you. I work from a Trauma-Informed, Somatic, and Attachment Lens, and I use an Anti-Oppressive and Anti-Racist Framework.
I work from an attachment, and somatic lens as your body and brain need time to process the barriers, stress and traumatic histories preventing you from leading the meaningful life you want. Reach out to book a complimentary 15-minutes consult so we can determine if we will be a good therapeutic fit. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.

I firmly believe in attachment theory, somatic work, and mindfulness practice. A typical session involves you sharing what is on your mind, and then I invite you to slow down and check in with your body. I help you see the big picture, and then we narrow down what thoughts and behaviours no longer serve you. I believe in being gentle and firm.
