About

You are asking the big existential questions. Why am I here? Perhaps you keep looking to self-help books and always taking the next seminar or online course - always looking for the answers outside yourself. You want to feel connected to yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you, yet you feel like you don't belong. You feel loss and grief and are searching for purpose but are living with depression and anxiety and questioning your self-worth.
I help clients with anxiety, depression, and those experiencing personal and collective grief and loss, including those who experience self-esteem and self-worth doubts, existential concerns and those searching for a purpose in their lives. I work from a Trauma-Informed, Somatic and Attachment Lens and take an Anti-Oppressive and Anti-Racist Framework.
I work from an attachment, and somatic lens as your body and brain need time to process the barriers, stress and traumatic histories preventing you from leading the meaningful life you want. Reach out to book a complimentary 15-minutes consult so we can determine if we will be a good therapeutic fit. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
