I work from a Trauma-Informed, Somatic, and Attachment Lens, and I use an Anti-Oppressive and Anti-Racist Framework.
I work from an attachment, and somatic lens as your body and brain need time to process the barriers, stress and traumatic histories preventing you from leading the meaningful life you want.
