We offer adult, child, teenager, family and couple's counselling. Focusing on the strengths, abilities and feelings of our patients, we can help them move forward and make positive changes in their lives. We help to improve relationships, behaviours and academic performance, as well as to deal positively with difficult situations and work on emotional issues. As we’re a group of professionals from different cultural backgrounds, we can offer services in different languages, and with an understanding of different cultures. Our services are covered by most insurance companies and we offer reduced fees through our internship program.
We treat anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and other emotional issues. We’re welcoming, supportive and respectful of others' feelings and needs, which makes our patients feel comfortable when working on their issues with us. We're a group of professionals with different expertise and backgrounds, offering different approaches to suit your needs.
We provide services in English, Spanish, Hindi, Bengali and Urdu. We're supportive and non-judgmental. We’ve been helping children, teenagers, families and adults for more than 20 years.
