At Pathway To Self, I work with adults dealing with Addiction, Anxiety, and Depression, especially when those things might trace back to pain from our past. Using IFS, somatic, and relational approaches, mindfulness, EFT and more, we find the root of what's happening. Once this happens, people finally get back their sense of calm, meaning, and stability.
