Are you looking for a personable psychologist to assist you with your desire for change? Are you experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, loss, traumatic reactions and/or work issues that you wish to address in a confidential and nonjudgmental psychotherapeutic environment? I am bilingual, have many years of experience and am trained in a number of psychotherapeutic approaches scientifically shown to be effective in helping individuals experiencing a variety of life challenges. As such, I may be able to accompany you in your desire for change.
My approach involves creating, first and foremost, a safe space in which to assist you in your efforts to make better sense of your feelings, bodily sensations, perceptions, thoughts, behaviours and experiences. This relational process of paced exploration and identification of one’s challenges, patterns, strengths and passions, facilitates change.
The objective is to assist you in meeting your personal goals, based on your needs and preferences. These personal goals may include developing more self-agency, greater self-reflection; and a more intimate connection to others, yourself and your values and aspirations.
