Everyone deserves the feeling of good health and wellness. When getting help feels difficult remind yourself that a little support can go a long way. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and utilize a collaborative approach in which clients contribute to their therapeutic process.
I work with children, youth, families, couples and individuals. I have experience working as a Therapist, Life Coach, Group Facilitator and Youth & Child Care Worker. In 2021, I joined Stenberg Collage as a Teaching Assistant in the Counselling Therapy Private Practice program.
My aim is to create a safe, nonjudgmental and empathetic environment for healing. I understand that getting help and sharing personal experiences takes courage. Hence, I value developing a therapeutic alliance in which clients feel safe and comfortable. Together we can create a customized treatment plan which meets your needs and concerns.
