About
Are you going through a transition and feeling overwhelmed and thinking "Now What'? Anxiety and depression are experienced by approximately 1 in 15 people and they often go hand in hand. I come to my private practice with education, my own experience in transitions, as well as helping many others. I also come with compassion and caring because the sadness not knowing what to do next and feeling alone can be scary and overwhelming. I have fifteen years of experience working with individuals suffering from the "Now What?" question resulting in anxiety, grief and depression. First step is hardest - call.
My approach is person centered, CBT, solution focused and incorporating other therapies as needed. I will ensure you are seen and heard in the sessions. I use the bio, psycho, social and spiritual model looking at the whole person. It takes courage to take the first step to get help. Just call me and I will give you a free 15-minute consultation.
I love this quote by Carl Rogers as we are all only helpers on this journey. "It is the client who knows what hurts, what directions to go, what problems are crucial, what experiences have been deeply buried." There is hope.
