Do you wish to experience more joy, more love and more beauty in your life, relationships and community? Counselling can be incredibly transformative in breaking painful and unhelpful patterns in our lives and relationships. Healing emotional pain, nervous system recovery and patterns of being that have become a block to who you wish to be is where I can assist you. I have witnessed many youth and adults experiencing despair and deep hopelessness transform with consistency and support. Each of us has the innate capacity to heal, cope differently and live more from our heart and our truth.

I have been supporting youth and adults through significant mental health barriers and trauma recovery for over 15 years. I’m trained in Somatic Experiencing for trauma recovery, CBT, DBT and Mindfulness approaches. I work from a trauma and mental health recovery-oriented framework. I deeply believe all people can heal with the right support.

I believe that when we heal ourselves and families, we also begin to heal communities and our world for generations to come. We meet as partners, with me guiding and supporting you to access your innate strengths.
