Everyone's mental health struggles are unique and complex. Seeking help for mental health issues is often a difficult decision to make, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I understand that mental health issues can affect every aspect of your life, from your personal relationships to your work or school performance. It can be hard to talk about your experiences with others and that you may feel misunderstood or stigmatized. I want you to know that I am here to listen to you and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and reclaim your path to fulfillment.
My approach includes effective, transparent, and supportive evidence-based psychotherapy where there is no judgement, criticism, or advice giving from the therapist. I will ensure you feel heard, understood, safe, respected, and valued. I strive to provide a culturally sensitive and safe environment where you can comfortably bring up your unique challenges.
I am currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions only. If you are interested in my services, please don’t hesitate contacting me by email or phone call (e-mail preferably) to book your first session. I will try my best to return to your inquiry within 24-business hours.
