I am an ADHD/Autism specialized Psychotherapist/Coach as well as an Asst. Adj. Clinical Psych & Neuroscience Professor. Myself and the other practitioners at The ADHD & Spectrum Centre offer in-person services in Guelph/Ottawa and virtual services across Canada and internationally. I love working with families, individuals, and couples seeking to understand ADHD & ASD in their lives, and working to master everything from organization to impulse control. My own diagnoses of Autism & ADHD help me fight for my clients every day and have equipped me with a diverse set of strategies in my toolkit that are personalized for each client.

Many clients come to me after working with mental health professionals without finding the day to day symptom support they've been looking for. Together we will understand how your diagnosis uniquely effects you, and create personalized and sabotage-resistant strategies to create the life balance you've always desired.

As I am Neurodivergent myself, I understand what it's like to be on the other side of the conversation (I regularly receive my own personal therapy), and work hard to make sure that you feel heard and respected. To decrease stigma, I host a local tv and radio show on neurodivergence. We also offer adult and parenting groups as well as diagnosis.

Strategies for ADHD & Asperger's/A S D group - 16+

A hands-on group where we learn and try out techniques to optimize the lives of Neurodivergent people and help them harness their abilities in every area of life. We address common issues such as organization, time management, impulse control, relationships, addictions, education, and mood regulation. Topics are voted on every week. This group is run by Neurodivergent practitioners for Neurodivergent adults and their loved ones (everyone welcome). Sessions are $15 each (First session free) No diagnosis necessary, run on a drop-in basis.

We believe that these diagnoses come with a lot of innate strengths that, once understood, can eventually be channeled into living a deeply fulfilling life.
