I work with individual adults who are experiencing mental health issues, trauma, negative self-esteem, sleep issues and relationship issues.
I have helped many people work through the issues they are struggling with by listening to them and working with them to create change in their lives. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, empowerment and client-centered that is rooted in anti-oppression practice. I use a variety of approaches to help you work through your struggles, including EMDR.
I have worked for over 15 years with survivors of sexual abuse/assault and domestic violence, as well as with people experiencing self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and trauma issues. I have witnessed much strength and resilience and the power people have to change the direction of one's life when supported. Individuals seeking change welcome.
