"Through all my personal and professional experience it seems that the foundation for much of our suffering and of our healing is in the context of our relationships with each other. I have found that exploring and unpacking our relationship experience and expectations provides new pathways for healing. I love seeing people's excitement as they become newly aware of the thoughts and feelings of their family, their community, and even their own selves. May we find more hope together. Together may we find your pathways home."

"Despite your best efforts to be a good parent, you feel like you are failing. You are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and exhausted. You feel burnt out from being the captain of the household with little or no appreciation from others. To get things done, you need to constantly argue or negotiate. Your children seem to be more interested in looking at their screens then spending time together as a family. They might be struggling at school but don't seem to care about that. "

"Access to quality psychological services can often be limited in rural locations. Children who are experiencing difficulties at school may be in need of formal assessments to identify issues such as ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or Autism Spectrum Disorders. Couples going through a divorce may be required to undergo a Child Custody or Parenting Assessment, while adult individuals can often benefit from formal mental health evaluations for insurance or workplace reasons. Travelling to larger centers for these services can be a barrier in many cases, often resulting in evaluations never being sought."

"Do you struggle to manage your 2-7 year old child's behaviour, or has your child been diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, or some other emotional or behavioural difficulty? You may hope that it's just a phase, or that the behaviours will get better as your child matures, but the reality is that, unaddressed, behaviour challenges in 2-7 year old children typically continue into adolescence and beyond, with much greater consequences and resistance to interventions. Now is the time to address your child's behavioural challenges head-on."

"I think everyone should have a therapist. I realize how self-serving that sounds, but if we see a medical doctor on a regular basis (yes, you should do that too!) for our physical health, why wouldn’t we have someone in our pocket for mental health as well? If there is a stigma around mental health, there is stigma of having a therapist as well. I regularly meet with people that have never accessed a mental health professional and after one session you can see the anxiety leave them as I help take away those social pressures and instead focus on you, that’s what I want, to be team YOU!"
