At the heart of my practice is my unwavering belief in hope…hope for a better today and a brighter tomorrow. Life has shown me, over and over again, that with compassion, time and hard work, everyone is capable of change. Overall, I believe in holding space for clients, so that they can become their best selves in today’s volatile world. I currently teach high school English and history, and I was a school counsellor for over 10 years. I have been married for over 25 years and have two sons in university. And, like many of you, I am part o and f the sandwich generation, taking care of my aging parents, and my immediate family.
We live in a world of instant gratification and disinformation. I want to help you navigate these waters and reduce that crushing feeling of being so overwhelmed that you become stuck in "paralysis by analysis". So often, being able to move forward is about finding agency in those first, small steps towards real change and tapping into your inner strength.
