Welcome! Making the choice to engage in therapy requires courage, however it can be an empowering and positive experience towards a more fulfilling life. Over the past 15 years I have integrated my training and work in clinical and agency settings to offer counselling to clients looking to improve their mental wellness and overall functioning. Some clients report feeling ready when they cannot eliminate feelings like they are "facing an uphill battle" or that they are "overwhelmed" by daily life stressors and need support.
As a certified clinical trauma professional, I provide counselling to individuals with varying mental health concerns including grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, personal and interpersonal relational issues, stress management, self-esteem, confidence, acute or chronic illness, and transitionary changes such as career, education or familial changes.
