If you're here, something in your life or relationship has become too heavy to carry alone. Maybe you're not even sure therapy is the right step — you're just tired of how things feel right now. My clients are individuals and couples caught in painful cycles — infidelity, betrayal, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, career burnout, BPD or ADHD — who are looking for a space to make sense of it all. I work with couples on the edge, partners rebuilding after betrayal, and individuals trying to understand why they keep ending up in the same place. You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive.

I draw on multiple evidence-based approaches — Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, and trauma-informed care — and tailor the combination to what you actually need. No single method fits every person or situation. I'm direct and relational. I won't just listen — I'll help you see what's hard to spot on your own.
