I support individuals and couples to navigate a wide range of challenges including: anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief/loss, trauma, life transitions or simply personal growth. I am fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu and I work with people from all different backgrounds. I offer in-person, virtual or walk and talk therapy.
My therapeutic approach promotes self-discovery and growth through body, mind and emotional awareness. My aim is to help people develop the skills required to address situations and cultivate a deep sense of self-acceptance and personal strength. I am a registered Social Worker, with 30 years of clinical experience in mental health and Addictions
