I became a Counsellor to help women free themselves from habits, ways of thinking, and hurts that are holding them back from reaching a state of peace, contentment, and well-being. I find a strengths-based approach with cognitive based therapies like ACT, CBT, DBT and somatic therapies are effective ways to achieve peace & contentment.
I see myself as a guide, walking with my client on their therapeutic journey. As such, my goal is to create a safe environment where my clients feel heard and respected, so they can complete their journey of self-discovery.
