Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of assisting many adults, couples, youth, children, and families to find effective approaches and solutions to the challenges facing them. My passion is helping individuals, couples and families find healthy ways to cope with and grow from the challenges and adversities that life sometimes brings. I believe that all of us have an innate desire to move toward a healthier, happier way of being. Even seemingly unhealthy beliefs, feelings, and behaviours start to make sense and can change when explored with the help of a compassionate well trained professional.
We offer effective treatment for depression, stress, grief, anger, ADHD, trauma, and anxiety based issues in children, youth, and adults. Other areas of specialty include working with first responders and couples. We offer online and in person sessions with some after hours options. Clinical supervision services for psychotherapists are also offered.
We respond to every inquiry and offer a free 30 minute consultation to help determine if we are a good fit for your needs. New clients are being accepted for our low cost individual counselling program, offered by one of our qualifying psychotherapists. Clinical supervision services with Anita Pal for dyadic and individual supervision are also available.

Clinical Supervision Group
If you are a therapist looking to complete your requirements to become a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO, then this online group supervision offering may be a good fit for you. Group size is limited to five participants and additional resources are supplied to participants across a variety of pertinent topics (please see our website for a detailed outline). I have extensive training and background in treating trauma and attachment issues as well as over 25 years of clinical experience.
