I offer counselling services to children, teens, adults, and couples. I work with individuals from diverse cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientations. My work includes treating a variety of mental health issues and enjoy working with relationship struggles, self-esteem, trauma, depression/anxiety, and life transitions.
