I am an Indigenous and a proud member of Wasauksing First Nation, with family roots in Shawanaga First Nation. Born and raised in Toronto, I offer a culturally grounded and trauma-informed space where healing, creativity, and self-expression are honoured.
I hold a Master’s in Art Therapy from Concordia University. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Couselling and Psychotherapy Association, as well as a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying with the CRPO. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s of Social Work at the University of Toronto and am a student member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
My practice integrates Indigenous perspectives with professional training in art therapy and psychotherapy. I support youth, adults, and older adults—particularly Indigenous clients—who are navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, traumatic brain injuries, life transitions, and the intergenerational impacts of trauma.
Therapeutically, I blend approaches such as Solution-Focused and Emotion-Focused Therapy, Art and Play Therapy, and Mindfulness. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable and courageous. If you feel drawn to this space, I hold, I invite you to connect when you're ready—healing begins with the first step.
