Are you someone who identifies as highly sensitive, struggles with people pleasing, or has difficulty setting boundaries and often feels burnt out as a result? I am here to support individuals and families facing anxiety, emotional challenges, trauma, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, transform old narratives that no longer serve them, and discover more balanced ways to navigate the ebbs and flows of life. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating these often complicated challenges, fostering a more curious and compassionate sense of self.
Much of my work is drawn from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I regularly intertwine other models such as ACT, DBT, CBT, and narrative therapy into sessions as well. I enjoy utilizing creative approaches and teaching clients about their nervous systems, incorporating mind-body exercises into sessions when appropriate.
My relationships are based in authenticity, safety, and curiosity which provides the foundation for my practice.
