I often help clients learn how to feel emotions safely through Somatic Experiencing practices. Regardless of what happened in the past, if it is impacting your present, I meet clients with compassion and patience, with a touch of humour. Yes, we discuss complex topics, but pockets of joy in session are worth celebrating, too!
